1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Notion to Slides ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Baba SEO.

3. Service Description

Notion to Slides is a web-based service that:

• Converts Notion pages into Google Slides presentations
• Integrates with your Notion workspace via OAuth
• Exports formatted slides to your Google Drive
• Operates on a credit-based system

4. User Accounts

4.1 Account Creation

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and password. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4.2 Account Requirements

You must:

• Be at least 16 years old
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Have the legal capacity to enter into contracts
• Not create multiple accounts to abuse free trial credits

4.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

5. Credits System

5.1 How Credits Work

• Each slide generated costs 1 credit
• Credits are deducted when you export to Google Slides
• New users receive 3 free credits for trial purposes
• Free credits are available once per user

5.2 Purchasing Credits

Credits can be purchased through our platform. Pricing is displayed at the time of purchase. All prices include applicable VAT for EU customers.

5.3 Credit Expiration

Purchased credits do not expire as long as your account remains active. Free trial credits expire 90 days after account creation.

5.4 No Refunds on Used Credits

Credits that have been used to generate and export slides are non-refundable. Unused credits may be refunded within 14 days of purchase, subject to EU consumer protection laws.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Service
• Use automated systems to abuse or overload the Service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent credit limits
• Upload malicious content or malware
• Interfere with other users' use of the Service

7. Notion Integration

By connecting your Notion account:

• You grant us read-only access to pages you explicitly share
• We will never modify or delete your Notion content
• You can revoke access at any time through Notion settings
• You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to convert the content

8. Google Slides Integration

When exporting to Google Slides:

• We create presentations in your Google Drive
• We only access files we create, not your existing files
• You maintain full ownership of exported presentations
• You can revoke access at any time through Google account settings

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 Your Content

You retain all rights to your Notion content and exported presentations. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the conversion service.

9.2 Our Service

The Service, including its design, code, algorithms, and branding, is owned by Baba SEO and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.

10. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Availability at all times
• Perfect conversion of all Notion content
• Compatibility with future Notion or Google API changes

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for credits in the past 12 months
• We are not responsible for loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities

This limitation does not affect your statutory rights under EU consumer protection laws.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Baba SEO and Baptiste Hausmann from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

13. Payment and Refunds

13.1 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors. We do not store your credit card information.

13.2 EU Consumer Right of Withdrawal

EU consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving reason. However, this right is waived if you use credits during the withdrawal period.

13.3 Refund Policy

Refunds for unused credits may be requested within 14 days of purchase. Contact letsgrow@baba-seo.com to request a refund.

14. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

15. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam, Netherlands.

EU consumers may also bring proceedings in the courts of their country of residence.

17. Dispute Resolution

We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any disputes. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Baba SEO regarding the Service.
